I saw an article posted the other day about a man who was doing an "experiment" sleeping only 5 hours a night rather than the full 7-8 recommended hours. 
Yeah... moms be like... "so "
The sleep you do get as a mom... make sure it's good quality sleep.
Here are some things to try...
1) Turn off your phone (or use airplane mode while you're sleeping)
2) Keep a journal next to your bed so you can get your thoughts out on paper before sleeping.
3) Use meditation to relax your mind and body before bed.

Lifestyle Choices That Lead To Weight Loss And Living Your Best Life

 

I’m here starting off my “40 pounds down in 90 days” weight loss journey with my routine chiropractor visit.

 

Chiropractic and weight loss is a symbiotic relationship… chiropractic helps with weight loss and weight loss helps take the pressure off your spine so your body functions more efficiently.

You are what you GET from what you eat.

I have been going to One Health Chiropractic for adjustments with my entire family since 2015. The very first time I met Drs. Brandon and Jessica Buttry, DC I was impressed with the amount of valuable education they give people, even before you become their clients.

They really are on a mission to help people live their best lives through chiropractic, health and nutrition.

I love what Brandon says in this video about chiropractic not being a treatment… working out is not a treatment… eating healthy is not a treatment… getting good sleep is not a treatment. All of those those things are lifestyle choices.

Just like brushing your teeth is a lifestyle choice.

This mission is to get ourselves healthy for overall quality of life, and (in my case specifically) make sure other people know how detrimental unhealthy habits are to them (from experience), help them get healthy and live their best life.
